Biden's "global pandemic treaty" with the World Health Organization (WHO)
The article below was revised Tuesday 5/24/2022 7:51 AM

Many credible sources are warning that President Biden is entering into a global pandemic treaty with the World Health Organization (W.H.O.). One source sounding the alarm is Tucker Carlson. In an article entitled "Tucker: Biden administration is close to giving WHO power over every intimate aspect of your life" he states the following, "The World Health Organization gets to define what a pandemic is, when a pandemic is in progress and how long a pandemic lasts. Then you read the fine print and you realize the W.H.O will have total authority over emergency operations in the United States if there's ever a "public health emergency." Huh?"

It is bizarre to think that any president of the United States would give up our national sovereignty by allowing foreign powers to come onto our soil and take total control of our country. Even a pandemic would not justify this. Are we not a world leader capable of making our own healthcare decisions?

It would be reasonable for us as a nation to cooperate with other nations during a worldwide pandemic by sharing health information and resources. Any civilized nation would do that but to give complete control of our nation to foreign powers and thereby suspend the Constitutional rights of our citizens is unthinkable.

Our Constitution clearly lays out the President's authority to make treaties in Article II, Section 2, paragraph 2. "He shall have the Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur,..." So, the question is, "Is President Biden going to try to ramrod this foolhardy and egregious treaty through by tyrannical executive action or will he follow the Constitutional and seek the approval of two thirds of the Senate?" An equally important question is, "Will the United States Senate relinquish  their constitutional authority and allow this to happen or will they dig in their heels and courageously fight to defend both their constitutional rights and our God-given inalienable rights that no man has the authority to give away?"

So exactly how is President Biden putting this treaty in place? in his recent article entitled "WHO Agreement and American Sovereignty" Constitution teacher and radio talk show host Douglas V. Gibbs points out the following , " The WHO Charter in question is being made into a contract, and the politicians are claiming because it is a contract, rather than a treaty, they can bypass the approval of the U.S. Senate. President Barack Obama did the same smoke and mirrors act with the Iran Nuke Deal, calling it an "agreement" rather than a treaty in order to get it in place without senatorial approval." Mr. Gibbs adds, "These actions are unconstitutional, which means they are illegal."

These actions are also tyrannical. Our Founders gave us protection from tyranny in our Constitution but as Benjamin Franklin stated when asked by Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia, "Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy? His reply was, "A republic if you can keep it." Obviously, President Biden and nearly all of the Democrat Party, would prefer a Monarchy.

Michele Bachmann and others are loudly saying, "Now is the time to light up the switchboards of our Senators!" Our freedom is at stake.

Re: Strong Opposition to a global pandemic treaty, contract or agreement with the World Health Organization

Dear Senator Feinstein,

I am writing to voice strong opposition to any global pandemic treaty, contract or agreement that President Biden, or anyone representing the President’s office, makes with the World Health Organization (WHO) that would allow the WHO to impose their health mandates on the citizens of the United States of America. We are a sovereign world leader quite capable of making our own healthcare decisions. Under no circumstance should the Constitutional rights of our citizens be suspended, even temporarily, by a force from outside our country.

Respectfully Submitted,
